I am a Senior Support Engineer with over 9 years of total experience in Software Development, Support, Professional Services and Software Design. Versatile professional with IT, Management and Team Leading skills, by having the ability to get certified and work with different IT concepts and frameworks like PRINCE 2, ITIL,COBIT 5,TOGAF 9, and Lean Six Sigma. I am Supporting different Dell EMC Software like Documentum (Content Server, DA, Webtop, xCP, xPlore, D2,), Document Science (xPression), Kazeon eDiscovery, and InfoArchive, making myself a unique Support Engineer working in different technologies at same time, proving commitment, high quality, and self-motivation are deep rooted in my personality, allowing me to serve customers with unique professional experience. In addition to Technical skills, having aggressive goal-orientation, talented leadership, structured thinking ,and high disciplined attitude allowed me to be nominated as a Team Lead for Global Services Associate Program (GSAP). My role was managing the new 24 associates by reporting directly to me, performing their evaluations, and providing guidance to help them to proceed further with their careers, and facilitate the working conditions, allowing them to achieve the highest outcome out of the boot camp. In addition to the above, I managed to explore the security field within RSA SOC - Netwitness team, and now working as security expert @Kaspersky lab helping customers with solution implementations on site, along with supporting them through Support channels remotely and on site.
