Summary: I have spent years studying bottlenecks in the current way of practising Project Management. Now my team and me have designed a platform to document the project progress in a structured manner where machine learning is made possible. Lili is designed especially for large multi-millions dollar project subject to heavy legal contractual penalties. Lili can also help smaller project portfolio management becoming more efficient.
