With a career that spans over 15 years in international markets, today Kim has established himself as a seasoned marketing maverick, entrepreneur, visionary and thought leader.
Though he started his career as a chef, he later moved to the Sales & Marketing. It was however his inner business acumen and entrepreneurial skills that drove him to launch his own company. Today, he is the Co-Founder of Day1 Technologies, a product company in a AI- rst world. Kim, was among the few to foresee the future of the mobile world and the huge gap and opportunity in the market currently. Leveraging that, he Co-Founded Day1 Technologies and its subsidiary units, with the objective to help brands bring their ideas to life and in the market. Today, Day1 caters to clients across global markets in the US, Europe, MENA and APAC, and can boast of a prolic client portfolio including names like Tollr (USA), 1TAM (Dubai), Gluu (Kuwait) etc. His passion is around Fintech, Edtech, E-Commerce, Advising Start-ups, Healthtech, Foodtech, Blockchain companies around the globe.
A passionate, purpose-driven visionary, Kim has extensive understanding of product innovation, marketing, sales and consumer behaviour. As the Co-Founder of Day1 he has been responsible from the beginning in promoting the brand in high growth markets, identifying new business opportunities, accelerating business growth, conceptualizing and designing end-to-end strategies and more.
Under his leadership and guidance, the company has witnessed exponential growth since its inception in 2016, successfully leaving its footsteps across geographies and domains - from concept UI/UX to MVPs, articial intelligence, wearables etc.
Kim’s unique style and approach to entrepreneurship has also fueled the birth and growth of other business entities. Currently he is also the Co-Founder of SOS Method Inc, a meditation and wellness organization, and Hashtaag, a mobile app development company, currently running at US$2.4 million run rate.
Today, Kim is busy shuling between the US, UAE, India and Singapore, helping start-ups and enterprises in their transformation and growth journeys. Before turning entrepreneur, he had been associated with Sourcebits as Director of Sales and Picsean Media. Kim is also passionate about crypto, Blockchain and ethereum and is an advisor for a Europe based company, Parkgene & Parkguru.
In addition to being an entrepreneur and marketing powerhouse, Kim doubles as a social media enthusiast and enjoys cooking in his free time.
