Rauno Kinkar

Rauno’s main area of work as an attorney is in resolving disputes in civil proceedings focusing on legal issues related to IT solutions and smart technologies. Rauno is the author of the first Estonian broad-based and legal theoretical approach to self-driving vehicles. Looking for and finding a modern and functional solution for a client is what inspires Rauno. Rauno is a member of the Estonian Reserve Officers’ Association and belongs to the council of the Foundation for Future Technologies. His legal knowledge originates from the University of Tartu and in his free time Rauno likes to sail around Tallinn Bay and play discgolf or tennis.
