Before UserTesting, I was a long time team member at OpenView Venture Partners (www.openviewpartners.com), a Boston-based venture capital firm where I worked with almost 30 portfolio companies on Go to Market and Product strategy projects and helped build OpenView Labs, one of the first dedicated portfolio strategic operational value add teams in venture capital.
