Prior to Entrust, at Business Signatures (which was acquired by Entrust), Joyo is responsible for the Online Customer Intent Processor platform, architecture and development. Prior to Business Signatures, Joyo was the chief architect in the development group at Webvan where he managed development initiatives for line-of-business applications, and experienced firsthand the need for "customer intent" monitoring of an online channel platform. Joyo held senior and director level positions in software development at Oracle focusing on areas such as data caching and SQL querying for Oracle 6, 7 and 8i. Joyo holds a B.S. degree in computer science from University of California at San Diego and a M.S. degree in computer science from Stanford University.
