Gary Greenstein

I'm the co-managing attorney of Technology Practice Group LLC - a boutique law firm focusing on technology-related transactions and corporate matters for tech companies. I have years of combined business and legal experience in connection with intellectual property transactions, outsourcing deals, investment analysis, dispute resolution, shareholders'​ agreements, executive employment agreements, privacy and website related transactions. As an ex-Goldman Sachs counsel and as a former Wall Street lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb, I've also had considerable experience advising on general corporate matters such as acquisitions, investments, partnerships, commercial agreements and joint ventures. My clients include producers and distributors of major motion pictures, television shows and social media content, software developers, software-as-a service providers, patented technology manufacturers, major international investment banks and other Forbes 100 companies. I often act as outside general counsel for start-ups and smaller companies, and as a technology transaction subject matter expert for larger companies.
