PROS:

• The project unites different people giving them the best tool for their own implementation and develops a proactive community. The unique system of non material motivation creates a new level  of effectiveness of personal efforts
• The platform safely stores the reliable data about the achievement of the users  through the use of block chain technology  hence eliminating  the possibility of their losses and replacement
• The users are able to carry out faster transactions at very high speeds regardless of the regions hence making the project effective
• The platform brings many users in all spheres of life  within a single platform enabling it to further involve new users more and more  for effective  and useful involvement

• The platform  should give provision for advisers to help in evaluating its progress
• The platform token should empower the users who are not learned  by building their psychomotor skills
