The idea is great as it is really about what blockchain was created for: data verification and secure data transfer. My role as Head of Community is to build and develop viable and viabrant community of ENDO Protocol users & supporters.

Search for partners, both corporate and governmental (integrations of our blockchain protocol in the real world economy) in Japan, Investor Relations with Japanese investors.

The great idea of our project will connect people and countries. Expand horizons, erase boundaries and make workflow more convenient.

I work as a project manager and lead and motivate my team. I also visit a lot of conferences and meetups.

I think the idea is great and it will change the future.

We believe that blockchain will make business processes safer, faster and more transparent. Personally, I am in charge of involving new partners and businesses to work via our platform.

My role in the team is to attract investment, interaction with investors, - project documentation, compilation of Roadmap;
coordination of terms, risk analysis, participation in the selection and, approval of the team, speech at conferences, fragmentation of the product, into components and distribution to the implementers, definition of required resources, regulating the work process in a team, determination of the priority of tasks, organization of the team's work around the required task, tracking the status of the project, the progress of tasks, interaction with exchanges, monitoring the proper priority of tasks, tracking the load tasks and progress on the tasks of each developer, tracking the timing of tasks, motivation of the team, the solution of conflict situations within the team and in the bond of the customer-team, communication with contractors, management of its expectations, organization meetup, solving critical situations, interaction with the media

As a Community manager, I am responsible for engaging with Customers and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement, weekly reporting on social media engagements within the community, monitoring the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy, liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community, working alongside the social media manager to generate new ideas for social content to drive communications, planning social content and maintaining the content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant and engaging.
