Decentralised Finance, ‘DeFi’, refers to an ecosystem of financial applications that are built on top of a blockchain. DeFi projects operate in a decentralised way using a trustless blockchain network without intermediaries such as banks or payment service providers. DeFi offers a way for innovative new financial applications to be easily accessible to users without the need to go through costly, confusing or time consuming third parties. Although adoption is increasing, DeFi, as it exists today, covers only a narrow set of financial services for a small set of users who are already interested in crypto technology. EarthChain appeals to a wider demographic, particularly those concerned about environmental and conservation issues.

We are a grassroots project with a unique approach - we use the power of the blockchain to support charities that protect nature and animals. Through our innovative tokenomics, we are redefining fundraising by combining charitable giving with a profit motive for token holders. Token holders will be able to raise money for good causes whilst also accruing rewards straight to their wallet.
