Our token is by definition an utility token. Utility tokens are defined as crypto-assets which are intended to provide digital access to an application, service or resources available on a distributed ledger and are accepted only by the issuer of that token to grant access to such application, services or resources available.

Our utility token will be exchanged for a discount on the service or product of every particular project we are going to develop.

Our first project is going to revolve around production of energy via solar panels and thus rendering the first real product for which Daze Tokens can be exchanged. With the money raised we will finance the company that will build the infrastructure, logistics and take care of the administrative/legal work. Token holders could use tokens to gain a 10% discount on the energy consumption emitted directly by the solar farm.

However, being able to buy energy from us comes with a certain number of conditions explained in Annex 1 of this document.

Knowing that part of  those conditions will be hard to meet for some of you, and until we develop further projects we have a temporary solution: Once the business is up and running, we will use up to 90% of the profits for the next 5 years to buy back token at whatever price the token may have at the time.

The real utility of this project is that it will actively participate in the energy transition, in accordance with the European provisions for reducing carbon emissions and the installation of new renewable production capacities. This project gives all the owners of the token the chance to be part of the energy transition and renewable energy ecosystem.
