Diwala is a digital platform that builds a skill identity for the individual by allowing humanitarian development & educational organisations to collaborate, share & verify their data.

The platform issues digitally verified certificates on the blockchain and gives the user a digital identity and ownership of all their data. With a fully transparent documentation of skills, we can increase the efficiency of system management for both NGOs and educational institutions - optimising their services to youth and refugee’s across the world.

With a base layer of verified certification of soft and hard skills, we can enable trade of skills, products & services among individuals as well as further financial opportunities for entrepreneurship and learning. Our mission is to kickstart a skill market economy in developing countries and refugee settlements, to empower more opportunities for growth and independence to people.

Diwala’s is currently focusing on launching the platform in Uganda, but will scale to other countries as soon as possible.
