I'm the author and founder of Bloquid.
I'm making this project because I'm sure, that the world needs new distributed financial system, governed by people, and real estate is a proper basis for it, because it is the most valuable distributed private asset.
I think that the governance model, we developing, will lead people to better understand democracy and give them economic capacity to build the new better sustainable world.

The absence of a recognized by the whole community stablecoin stops development of decentralized markets. The volatility of cryptoeconomy causes high risks and hinders its growth.
Bloquid is a solution for both the development of crypto-economics and the problems of the traditional economy. The mortgage token has stability properties from the real world and security and liquidity that crypto assets possess.
The task of the project lawyers is to create a reliable legal link between real estate and a digital asset.

Bloquid is firstly a legal startup, so we try to emphasis on the law aspects of the project. As a result we can say that Bloquid is a unique system combining the advantages of blockchain technology and collective management of the project on the ground of existing legal norms. We believe that this system will create a new type of digital asset - a stable and secured Mortgage token as an element of a new digital reality.

In the project I Chief Valuation Officer, I am engaged in the evaluation and control of real estate.
I'm sure that the Bloquid project will be able to make a real estate mortgage easier and more affordable. This is a revolution in a bank mortgage!
