PopulTrade tools:
- The Circul. The Circuls are groups where people with similar interests and similar/different knowledge meet with the purpose of creating and turning ideas and businesses into reality and as a result, they either earn money or get a share in the idea or business, nevertheless, they also build their reputation.
- Employment opportunities (Circul, Linum). All work positions in the Circuls are proposed, voted on and rated by the Circul group members. When the rate of a worker drops under a certain level, the vote is repeated.

Popultrade’s flagship idea suggests users will be able to crowdsource funding for specific business activities, while allowing investors to vote and uphold managerial/financial roles within their specific business group. Placing financial trust in a voted outcome appears to be a fair process, but this opens the door to a business strategy plagued by votes from fraudulent individuals assuming multiple identities and voting for themselves. With Popultrade, security and fraud prevention is likely to be contained in the empty hands of the forgotten investor.
