About Leslie Hartog
Leslie is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Community Seal, a web-based membership network that connects non-profits with businesses and people committed to giving back. The Community Seal is currently in development and launches July 2017. Non-Profit Business Consultant -- Leslie also works with local non-profit agencies and boards, providing support with essential strategic and operations planning and improvements. Leslie has worked as an independent consultant for the last 10 years. Select projects include: * Conductive Education Center of Orlando 501c3 in 2014 -- developed strategic plan and business decision model * Freedom Ride 501c3 in 2013 -- relocation and expansion strategies and long-term strategic plan * Ripley Entertainment in 2013 -- assessment of visitor flow, queues, and space planning for lobby area of new aquarium * Rollins College Philanthropy and Non-Profit Leadership Center 2012 and 2013 -- business and strategic planning, business metrics, and program assessment * Chicago Museum of Science and Industry 2011 -- assessment of investment options, including a review of the capacity, visitor flow, and operation of expansion plans, financial decision modeling, and research/analysis of visitor behavior and attendance drivers. • Capitol Visitor Center opening in 2008 and 2009 - worked with launch team to develop requirements for a new tour reservation system, a visitor and performance metric system, and an opening master schedule. • Statue of Liberty re-opening in 2004 -- developed the operations requirements for new tour reservation system and operation plan. Leslie was in senior management at Walt Disney World for 15 years in Industrial Engineering, Business Planning, and Special Projects, where she worked on new theme park development, strategic/capacity/site planning, project management, and visitor experience.
