My consultancy Roundwindow specialises in Strategic Management Development, helping CEOs and their companies define and deliver their goals. Clients range from start ups to market leaders in an increasing range of countries including UK, Mainland Europe, Turkey, Russia and South Africa. I advise on organisational structure, process, systems and teams, strategic marketing, communications, M&A/exit, governance and risk with a focus on fraud protection. Have held three non executive positions in both UK and Russia. Also retained as a Consultant with the role of Advocacy Director by FCI, the global trade organisation for the Receivables Finance Industry. And act as the Coordinator of the EU Federation for the Factoring and Commercial Finance Industry, whose members represent an Industry with a client turnover in 2016 of €1.5Tn. The EUF lobbies lawmakers and regulators in the EU to recognise the particular contribution of the industry to SME finance, wealth creation and employment. Retained as advisory board member to re:factor, an international blockchain powered Receivables Finance trading platform project. Well known in the Industry as a regular conference presenter, speaker and author. Active in Industry education, twice winner of IFG's "Industry Trainer of the Year" award. Previously the Head of Strategy and Research for Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance, a UK based market leading ABL provider with 1,000 staff, 10,000 clients and 20+% direct market share. Earlier experience includes running Receivables Finance operations with a reporting team of 150.
