Dr. Mark Musen

Academic investigator with experience conceptualizing and managing large projects to develop new information technology and to explore issues in biomedical knowledge management, artificial intelligence, and intelligent systems. My work seeks to develop new technologies to formalize scientific knowledge and to make that knowledge widely available and usable by both humans and intelligent systems over the Internet. Current work emphasizes technologies to facilitate open science and access to scientific data.
