For the last 3 years Fly Amanita has produced and sold dried Amanita Muscaria (aka Fly Agaric) mushrooms worldwide. Their experience in this fungus market has disclosed two new business opportunities - pharmaceutics demand for chemical compounds such as Muscimol, Ibotenic acid, and Muscarine, and possible rehabilitation applications in healthcare. Consequently, Fly Amanita aims to produce and meet the demand for these compounds that can be extracted for the Amanita Muscaria mushrooms.
The company is also determined to invest in the research of Amanita Muscaria related healthcare applications for rehabilitation of chronic pain, insomnia, menstrual pain, post-traumatic stress, lack of confidence, self-esteem, productivity, depression, and many more. Once those applications are found Fly Amanita plans to establish the first rehabilitation center in the EU for such treatments.
