On the basis of the issuance quantity, the 10% allocated to ISOFT PARTNERS N.V. is vested on a monthly basis for 10 years from 2020 to 2030. CB (assuming the role of the central bank) is allocated 80% of the quantity to enable the provision of resources necessary for progress of the projects of Team 8 and the residual 10% is circulated in the market by way of AllianceX.
