As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

Co founder and CTO of the platfom I have been working on this industry since 6 years now. I participated to famous ICOs like Crédits.com and Co founded as well my own engineering Blockchain company Crypto4All.com.

I'm an engineer in network and distributed network especially on DLTs. Tozex is for me a new technology challenge which will solve a lot of technical barriers for SMEsto issue and manage their tokenized assers and for Investors to select and invest as secure as possible on innovative projects.

What do you think about idea?

Tozex are using the state of the art of Blockchain technology components by giving the possibility for SMEs to issue and manage their tokens using our standards without technical barriers. Smart contracts allow to propose all the funds and token distributions automated. We never hold the funds and wallets pub/private keys of our users.

We guarantee for both of them the reimbursement or distribution automatically executed by smart contracts.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

The Trading/ Operations specialist is a key member of the operations and investment teams supporting trade processes, data management, client reporting and portfolio management functions. This person will work closely with the Client Support Services manager and the Investment team. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Trading/ Operations specialist can expect to focus their work in the following areas: Trade order creation and execution post trade processing and resolving trade settlement issues in a timely manner, research and process corporate actions- (i.e. tender offers), Client Reporting Support Investment research & reporting, Investment and Operational Projects as needed, Identify workflow/system improvements, and work with supervisor and operations team to enact change.

Tozex is revolutionary, it has been designed to facilitate the tokenization of our current economy and aims to protect the interests of entrepreneurs, investors and traders. Tozex will be the cornerstone of tokenization.
