PROS:

• Lower cost: The smart contract eliminates traditional contracts and human element hence resulting in a reduction of legal accounting and transaction costs
• Security: The smart contract enables the users to execute ,record and enforce adequate real estate significantly reducing fraud ,corruption and legal disputes
• Transparency: The platform offers tenancy agreements financial agreements and contract of sale  hence promoting  a transparent person to person agreements
• Easy connections within the platform by the users as the landlord, tenants, buyers and sellers can easily connect within the platform network
• The smart contract stores and record the details of the tenants and landlord securely  under block chain without the access of the public
• Usability: The platform can affect the payment using the other crypto currencies depending on the most accessible and convenient crypto currencies by the users
• The platform can easily trace and solve any disputes in case  one member fails to abide by the agreement terms

• The RLTY token availability is not specified
• The project is not readily available in accessible Android mobile applications

SUGGESTIONS:

• Increase the number of the team involved for easy management of the project
• Make the platform easily accessible by developing an a mobile application supported by Android

NOTE:

The use of block chain technology is currently highly implemented ion different sectors as it enables easy faster, transparent and secured transactions between the users in different regions lading to growth and prosperity of these sectors. I would therefore highly invest in the project.
