I am the founder of Plaas,the idea was started in 2016 and we have been working to bring one of the best Farmers blockchain systems and we think it is the right time to crowdfund the project.

Plaas will change the way farmers managers run their farms,from data storage,to tracking and tracing to verifying animal breeds. The idea is to disrupt farming not only in Africa but around the world.

My role as a co-founder and lead IT operations is to ensure that the project succeeds and gets implemented across the global for great use, as we have used the blockchain technology to build a decentralized farmers platform which ensures farm data record, animal tracking through the use of RFID tech and genetic information stored on smart contract

Very great project that seeks to create a complete agritech that will used by farmers globally as well as individuals who find the project to be of good use in their day to day activities as there is an online market place for buyers and sellers

As a farmer myslef and running a small stock farm in Mpadithata farm next to Molepolole my duty is that of a community builder,I collect data of farms around the continent who are willing to pilot our project.I have also been in contact with some officials at ministry of agriculture ,Botswana,food and security department who are waiting for us to show our final product

It is a unique use case of blockchain and i believe the project is going to be largely adopted by a lot of farmers in Africa.

I work with the team on the strategy of the project to ensure longevity and growth. I bring a broad range of knowledge about the technology, politics, and economics behind the blockchain.

The Plaas Farmers Blockchain Platform is an instantly recognisable modernization of farm management/trading practices. It is devised to cater for small to medium sized farms/farmers in Africa, but can easily scale to handle the biggest farms (or industrialised farmers markets) in the world. I am an advisor. We have met the founder team in Johannesburg personally and have regular calls about the project.

I believe Plaas has positioned themselves to fill an important niche, both in Africa and globally. I would expect to see rapid growth of the user base.

I advise with marketing, communications, messaging, advertising, and strategy. I also assist with public relations and community building as necessary.

When I first heard about this project, I immediately thought about the tremendous global potential for this technology.

I assist with web and hosting for the Satoshi Centre and being that Plaas is one of their projects, I've been assisting as an advisor for the team, offering regulatory and technical guidance.

I think plaas is a brilliant idea and can help solve several agricultural problems at once. It is also not the first time I head about the idea.

High impact potential. Mdm Alakanani has identified a set of activities that if well supported and executed will improve lives for a large number of beneficiaries.

Since 2014 I've been working as an Educator w/ Ala and others within an African consortium and upon several creative initiatives, including NewAfricaRadio.Net (co-founder); to empower, unite and teach blockchain and crypto education through local African communities. The PLAAS project and Roadmap is the maturation of such ideas towards one such initiative, some of whose roots began in the communication forums, and team assembled based on continued networking of these early efforts.
As an Advisor on this project, I'm already planted on the West Coast conference circuit and I participate in representing and sharing the PLAAS project solution and Alakanani's vision with numerous investors (and investor groups) influencers and like-minded individuals within my social and business circles and co-opt Events/ Conferences throughout (mainly) California. Additionally, the project is given airtime on www.NewAfricaRadio.Net.

I've had the privilege of both following and being friends with Alakanani in the crypto space for over 4 years now. She demonstrates excellent and visionary, yet humble, leadership skills and is renowned and respected throughout Africa as "The Bitcoin Lady Botswana." I've had the pleasure of seeing her idea of Satoshi Centre Pty., Ltd. come to fruition, thereby executing her vision and giving school children and young entrepreneurial minded students a place to learn blockchain coding, website and Dapp's building, very early in life. Her love for teaching is only outshined by her motivation to create and implement real-world solutions in areas which can be improved using the blockchain.

PLAAS project robustly elucidates a brand new farm-to-market, supply chain management application model by incorporating several time-tested technologies (such as RFID and other sensor utilization) along with novel solution efficiencies (such as improving compliance and reporting capabilities, as well as mitigating any various "chicanery" along the way, through clear accountability, unreservedly, throughout the process).

Together, via blockchain and through the PLAAS Token approach (which also includes its own "Proof of Extinction" and "branding" standards), a brilliant new recipe is created for timely and transparent context into entirely new economic channels. These channels now incentivize broader participation across the agricultural operations: from farmer, to government to consumer, to investor, etc. This management system and its Token become the catalyst for a whole spectrum of outside stimulus - encouraging stronger and more unique cooperatives, Govt. grants, Public or Private loans and even family-budgeting enticements via simply "tuning in" to the PLAAS blockchain!

I love that Ala and her Team have chosen and articulated so well a cost-effective method and means to streamline an advancement for farmers and in finance by placing a system overview for doing so right in the palm of everyone's hand who stands to benefit from it. Particularly Africans!

I joined the PLAAS team as a strategic marketing advisor. I will be advising on go to market strategies, business development and relationship management.

This platform has loads of potential to cater to a market segment that is often ignored in the blockchain space. The core team behind this project are made up of highly talented, passionate youngsters under the guidance of a remarkable leader.
