Mobile payments expert having worked in both the building and operations of Wave Money (Myanmar), WING (Cambodia), and on the vendor side of mobile money (for Fundamo and Visa) regionally. A successful Program and Project manager, launching Visa Debit and EMV issuing and acquiring, Bancassurance, and Mortgages in Cambodia, Debit cards for WING mobile money customers, a remittance product to the Philippines, and ATM payments (utility bills and mobile phone credit top-up). As Senior Retail Banking Manager for ANZ Royal Bank (Cambodia), I managed a large portion of the Retail Bank, including strategy and financial reporting to Hub, program management oversight for all projects and initiatives, managing a $40m Retail lending portfolio and bringing the fleet of 130 ATMs into profitability.
