12 years in Canada, US, and 4 years in China, I am a seasoned IT professional. Starting as a programmer, to a system analyst, to a project manager, and then an expert sales, along the journey, I acquired abilities to better manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate through tough challenges. In recently projects, I built the big data platform for world 1# major appliance manufacturer – Haier, enabled the client to research their customers through multiple dimensions, increased customer satisfaction, and helped the client to find opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell; Built a cloud SAAS BI reporting system for online gaming (including mobile games), allowed gaming platforms and game development teams to easily analyze their performance, find opportunities, and to reduce player churn rate ; Now, I am moving on to my next endeavor - Bitcoin, not only the crypto-currency itself, but also its economic, social, political implications,as we call The Bitcoin Protocol.
