Most recently at Splunk, I've been overseeing variety of community-oriented services and offerings (eg. Splunk Answers, User Groups et al) to ensure customer success and rapid adoption of Splunk products, including all aspects of the program including growth marketing, product, engineering and quality. Previously, I created a strategic product plan for and built Splunkbase, Splunk app marketplace, service, the team that launched it, Cloud deployment, and oversaw it and its touch points with dev ecosystem. I worked with and managed cross-functional orgs that include product management and software development teams, both local and offshore. 15 years experience in the technology field, strong engineering & IT background, and 8 years in product-related roles, also overseeing and leading product & engineering teams. I held roles in project management, and user experience and design. Entrepreneurial, founded and run several startups, including one named in the Top 50 Web Tools of 2008.
