FOE is uniqe because all users in a transaction will benefit. The problem it solves is it gets merchants to accept FOE as a form of payment. FOE will prepay for discounts to be passed onto the customers paying for goods and services with FOE. The merchant will be able to market their products at a discount which will drive sales and still recieve full value. The user will be able to recieve that discount by paying with FOE over any other forms of payment. These transactions will also create token volume which will help FOE to keep providing discounts to it's Family members.
