Brigitte Luginbühl, CEO/ founder of Crypto Real Estate AG - "The Stable Crypto Token You Were Waiting For"

SwissRealCoin is Switzerland’s first real estate crypto token. SRC enables easy access to Swiss real estate value for investors, provides much more liquidity that competing tokens, and is far more transparent than direct real estate investments or classic real estate funds. The proceeds of the SRC ICO will be invested in Swiss commercial real estate assets, and
will be used for the development of the blockchain platform. Due to its asset-backed nature, the market price of the token should be independent from the crypto volatility. The SRC was initiated by a team of real estate and tech professionals in Zug, Switzerland. The ICO is planned for May 23, 2018.

Brigitte is an experienced real estate professional with more than 10 years proven track record in Real Estate Corporate Finance. She has been with the global market leader Jones Lang LaSalle in Switzerland and London. She managed numerous large-scale and complex real estate transactions with a volume of >CHF 1bn in total and was project leader of many valuation projects including recurring large portfolio valuations with a volume of >CHF 9bn annually. She is the youngest female member of Efficiency Club.

Axel von Goldbeck, DWF - Legal Implications of ICOs

Compliying with Financial Regulations remains to be a challenge for ICOs. Until now there are very few jurisdictions, if any, with clear rules for ICOs in Europe. Recent statements of financial Regulators pave the way for a more reliable legal framework. Axel von Goldbeck will explain what the implications for ICOs are.

Axel has advised on corporate/M&A and corporate finance matters until he developed a focus on structuring and restructuring direct and indirect real estate investments that are now regulated by the AIFMD. In this context Axel advises national and international real estate companies and investors. Axel is now engaged with forming and advising digital business models in the real estate sector. The deep market insight he received during is appointment as managing director of the German Property Association, the most eminent real estate trade association in Germany, helps him to profoundly understand to the commercial as well as the legal aspects of real estate and real estate investment.
