This is a decentralized platform that revolutionizes the digital content and fundamentally solving the issues of data ownership and access through the combination of blockchain infrastructure and IAM technology.

PROS:

• The platform  implements the decentralized file system  that contains the intrinsic identity  and access management  enabling the users to securely store and manage access permission to their data  and IP
• The platform utilizes Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence(AI)  methods in data processing to identify the content  that is uploaded on the DACC public chain
• The platform utilizes Delegated Proof Of Stake(DPOS) as its consensus algorithm  leading to its higher performance and scalability
• The platform allows users to upload content in any format  with a form of permission map  which can be modified  and updated at any time by the content creators
• The platform team comprises of  experienced personnel from the world’s  top universities and institutions with the assistance  by good advisors and strategic partners promoting easy project implementation
• The platform white paper is properly detailed and elaborate  giving the user the required information on the platform use in ensuring the safety of the users

CONS:

• The  platform use is restricted as the DACC tokens is not available to all persons  due to its projected requirements
• The platform white paper is not available in other languages and any translation can lead to loss of some of its content
• The DACC application is still undeveloped limiting access of the platform by smartphone users

SUGGESTIONS:

• The platform white paper should be produced in other languages to promote extensive project use  across the globe
• The platform technical team should develop the DACC application to enable the smartphone users to securely store their data  by linking their accounts to the platform through their phones
