BITREWARDS is a B2B2C rewards and loyalty solution built using Block chain and smart contract technology. The platform enables merchants to reward shoppers with bitrewards token (BT) for their friends purchases and other valuable actions with configurable rewards.

PROS:

• The platform token complies with  all the standards enabling its use in conducting all the operations within  the ecosystem
• User friendly: The users have single wallet accessible from the website of any participating merchant or mobile application. There is also no need to register in a stand able loyalty program of each retailer
• The acquired token van be redeemed in any bank as well as transferring values  into token and credit directly into users wallets at lower rates
• Frequent updates : The user receives regular reports and offers available in stores  where they made  their purchases  which serve to incentivize their future ones
• Lower cost: The merchant can use the platform for free  and even easily install  and set it up  with no requirement of technological skills and knowledge
• The platform is easily supported by IOS and mobile applications  which replicates  the functionality of the web application for the project

CONS:

• The set rules  by Know Your Client (KYC) has to be met by the users  before acquiring the BIT token
• The token pre-sale is not determined  at the initial stage

SUGGESTIONS:

• The  platform should provide easy entry and use of its token
• Configure the platform token with other crypto currencies

Like several other previously launched loyalty programs, BitRewards too has something different to provide its target users. The project looks promising enough with its crypto incentive system, but it will have to vie with its competitors
