Gábor Molnár

As my Curriculum Vitae may show during my professional life I have gained wide-ranging expertise and knowledge on several fields. I had the chance to build up my career from sales execution and support through product and brand management until the general management of an online IT company. By now I dare to say that I have a comprehensive picture about strategic planning, process- and project management as well as running a whole business with overall responsibilities. I have found real challenges in my previous roles only where I was able to push my boundaries continuously with relatively much room to make choices in tools and ways. Reaching my intellectual peak is the key motivating factor for me and this is my expectation from my colleagues and teams as well. I do believe that carefully considered goals and developing leadership based on human values are essential for the effective and enjoyable work.
