Currently, lead of the Digital team at NBK Capital for the MENA, GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman) region, Egypt, and Turkey. The Digital team handles all the digital transformation and marketing needs of the company ranging from UX, digital marketing (SEO, social media, PPC, GDN, omnichannel strategy etc), revamp of old websites for better customer experience to developing in-house web applications and related internal training.
My strength is understanding complex scenarios, uncovering user pain points, creating wireframes, paper prototypes, user flows and turning them into a story and an opportunity to enhance the user experience. Human-centric design principles are at the core of my being.
