O Dispatch resolve problemas de velocidade de transação e escalabilidade de tamanho com uma combinação de protocolos existentes e novos. O Dispatch usa o novo algoritmo de consenso Delegated Asynchronous Proof of Stake (DAPoS) para processar ordens de grandeza mais transações por segundo que Ethereum ou Bitcoin sem taxas de transação e introduz o Dispatch Virtual Machine (DVM) para permitir a criação e execução de programas com estado usando o estado compartilhado do blockchain.
