Provide society with qualified, entrepreneurial and innovative human capital, with comprehensive training, critical and socially responsible thinking, in engineering, science and technology; generate appropriate knowledge to contribute to sustainable development and respond to the requirements of the environment. 

Vision ⁽¹⁾

The Technological University of Panama is a higher education institution recognized for its quality in the comprehensive training of human resources, as well as in the generation and transfer of knowledge in engineering, science and technology and its application for the social welfare of the community, supported in efficient management.
