Onze kernmissie is om venture-investeringen te democratiseren en de traditionele durfkapitaalindustrie opnieuw vorm te geven voor startups en investeerders.
Om de waarde van het fonds naar beleggers over te dragen, hebben we een eenvoudig mechanisme voor bonusdistributie en een symbolisch terugkoopproces ontwikkeld.

Als een startup in de portfolio een uitstekende winst genereert, stemt Mango Startups ermee in deze & ldquo; bonus & rdquo; voor alle token-houders via een evenredig muntblaadje. Hiermee wordt de waarde onmiddellijk overgedragen aan alle beleggers.
Bovendien, als een startup in de portefeuille een liquiditeitsgebeurtenis (dwz een exit of een M & amp; A) meemaakt, zullen Mango Startups de nettowinst besteden aan de aankoop Mango-munten van beleggers via secundaire uitwisselingen, in een symbolisch terugkoopproces.

It’s the first ICO which is backed by a VC Fund in Latin America. The fund will make use of blockchain for early stage investments in promising tech companies, The fund will invest in a diversified portfolio of up to 24 tech startups in Latin America region. This will be done to offer liquidity, transparency and clear exit strategy for the investors. The tokens will be sold to the interested investors through secondary exchanges where these will be made available to the investors after ICO. The platform developers have set a goal of $3M to raise through the ICO. Mango StartUp has the option to purchase up to 35% membership interest in the InvertUP. Fund batch 2 portfolio of $ 1M. Remaining funds will be used to increase the size of the portfolio to 24 companies.
