I’m actively engaged with FinTech ecosystem, serving on the Board of two Blockchain startups RECENT SUCCESSES • Run KPMG’s US Fintech practice. The practice helps financial services clients accelerate digital initiatives by enabling or transforming business, products, and operating models to meet new needs of digital customers • Led ‘Digital Transformation’ program for a Fortune 6 Fuel Retailer designed to establish direct relationship with consumers via digital products; and build $2B in revenue across 5 yrs. Led launch of consumer payments wallet and merchant portal to increase customer loyalty and spend in-stores via targeted offers/ coupons • Led digital payments innovation within a group, sponsored by Board & CEO, to establish a digital banking platform for growth in US. Piloted and launched several digital payments products and experiences (wallet and online checkout buttons) across mobile, online, and physical store channels. Managed monthly business review with CEO and quarterly review with the Board.
