1. In 1976 launched Bonar, Za'al & Associates, first western managed advertising agency in Dubai. Won Phillip Morris International account for Southern Gulf (Qatar, UAE Oman); grew to $ 1mn a year turnover agency with clients ranging from major diversified trading company, local and international banks, HORECA and airlines. 2. As Marketing Director of Goodwill Communications plc in 1994/5 developed six Russian consumer titles and oversaw six editors and six sales teams generating $3 mn in advertising sales in first six months of 1995. 3. Founded and was publishing editor of Marketing Russia Magazine from 1996 to 1998. 4. As International PR consultant to Expedition Trophy 2006 organised international television coverage including UK, France, USA, Japan; print media coverage (UK, Germany, Russia) and arranged for first western team to compete in longest winter car race in the world.
