Finrack

Finrack

Finrack is a fintech company that provides a novel inventory‑based financing solution, designed to help businesses unlock the value tied up in their stock without incurring traditional bank debt. It offers companies a way to convert inventory into liquidity while maintaining full control over their stock and ongoing operations.

Over Finrack

With Finrack’s model, businesses first undergo a process where their inventory is assessed and valued. Ownership of the stock is temporarily transferred to a Finrack financing vehicle, but the inventory stays physically on site — either at the company’s warehouse or at a logistics provider. Companies are free to continue selling, using, or rotating stock as usual. Over time, as items are sold, the inventory can be replenished with equivalent value, ensuring operations continue uninterrupted. At the end of the contract, ownership returns to the client at the original agreed value.

This financing structure offers several advantages compared to conventional loans or credit lines. Since the funding is backed by tangible stock rather than debt, using Finrack typically does not impact a company’s debt ratios and preserves access to other financing sources. The process is designed to be flexible — financing levels adjust to fluctuations in stock value, which can be particularly useful for businesses with seasonal variances or large inventories.

Finrack’s offering is relevant across many sectors: manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, retail, food and beverage, medical technology, consumer goods, and more — essentially any business that carries significant stock and needs working capital without disrupting their operations.

By combining transparent valuation, flexibility, and ease of integration with existing inventory management systems, Finrack stands out as a modern, practical solution for SMEs and mid‑caps seeking to optimise cash flow, support growth, and reduce reliance on traditional credit — all while preserving operational freedom.
