Identifying litigation risks associated with each other. - Developing Contractual and Statutory Compliance framework under the Retail and Aviation sector. -Real Estate Acquisitions: Drafting, Vetting and Standardization of Real Estate Contracts for Supermarket, Compact Hypermarkets and Hypermarkets retail stores, including Carry stores, Distribution Centers, Storage Facilities, Offices, Warehouses, Training Centers of the Organization - Sub Leasing: Drafting Vetting and the Standardization of various sub-lease contracts, concessionaire agreements, shop in shop agreements, leave and license agreements, term sheets. - Intellectual Property Rights: Supporting the business to analyze, finalize, register and defend various trade names and marks of the Organization. - Retail Licensing: Supporting the management in obtaining retail store licenses for setting up and operating retail stores in various states. - Operations Support: Supporting the operations team. - Litigation Management: Providing litigation support to various departments by defending cases against the company, Initiating cases against the defaulting vendors / lessor / airlines for ensuring their agreed deliverables, Liaison and briefing senior legal professionals for initiating and follow-ups on legal procedures; handling civil, criminal & arbitration cases.
