I am a securities lawyer with expertise representing Pink Sheets and OTC Bulletin Board public companies, shareholders and transfer agents, in a wide variety of OTCMarkets, SEC and microcap securities legal matters. My clients include microcap public companies listed on the OTCMarkets Pink Sheets, OTCQB, OTCQX and OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). In this capacity, I often serve as corporate counsel, advise on restructuring during mergers and acquisitions, and advise on SEC and OTCMarkets filing requirements. In my securities law practice, I help founders start, turnaround, build, buy and grow companies with going public as an exit strategy. As an M&A consultant and advisor, I work with other professionals to take microcap companies public via alternative IPO and Reverse Merger, and raise capital to help shareholders achieve liquidity.
