About Bryan Pellegrino
I started playing online poker at age 15 before eventually moving to a professional career and becoming one of the top HU SNG players in the world. I studied Computer Science at the University of New Hampshire and have founded and been part of many successful startups over the past 7 years before deciding to return my focus to the programming/technology side of things. It was then that I started a machine learning project with the goal of becoming the most accurate prediction engine in baseball. We think we're well on our way to achieving that goal and we back it up with the tens of thousands of our own dollars we put at risk every day. I enjoy working on complex, data driven problems, usually the ones that others tell me are too difficult to solve. I'm always interested to hear about and work on new things. I'm an avid competitor (all things from wrestling in college to card/board/video games), have an addiction to continuous learning, and spend my occasional down time with my wife & son or skiing whenever I get the chance.
