Alan Donenfeld

Alan Donenfeld has spent over 30 years focused on investing in, advising and financing companies. He has been the founder, General Partner and Portfolio Manager of several investment companies. Currently, Alan is the founder and CEO of www.CityVest.com and www.CityVest.io. CityVest.io is tokenizing top tier real estate private equity funds. He is an advisor to several top ICOs. Alan is a Founding Member of the Forbes Real Estate Council. For almost 20 years, he has been President of Bristol Investment Group, a FINRA broker-dealer. In the 1980’s, he worked for Bear Stearns, Shearson Lehman Hutton and Cowen, primarily in Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions. He received his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA from Tufts University.
