The one-day event gathers leading figures in privacy, cryptography, decentralization, and digital rights to explore how Ethereum can advance freedom, governance, and human rights. Speakers include prominent experts such as Silke Noa, Kurt Opsahl, Renata Avila, Eva Galperin, Roger Dingledine, Juan Benet, and Amir Taaki. Designed for developers, researchers, and activists, the congress will feature keynotes, panel debates, manifesto-driven discussions, and community workshops aimed at translating cypherpunk principles into real-world impact.
