Key initiatives and infrastructure at Cyberport include the AI Supercomputing Centre and AI Lab, opened in 2024, which provide advanced resources for AI research and application, facilitating the development of innovative solutions across industries. Cyberport 5, a new landmark in Hong Kong’s innovation and technology landscape, features next-generation digital infrastructure and smart office facilities, supporting R&D in AI, data science, blockchain, and cybersecurity. This facility is designed to attract top-tier enterprises and talent, reinforcing Hong Kong’s position as a global innovation hub.
Another significant initiative is the Cyberport-AWS Joint Innovation Center, established in collaboration with Amazon Web Services. This center focuses on startup acceleration, AI commercialization, FinTech innovation, and tech talent development, offering startups cloud resources, technical support, and expert guidance.
