I am a Legal and Financial Professional, impassioned with Cryptocurrencies, the Blockchain and helping my clients navigate the burgeoning regulations surrounding these fields. My background includes experience as a big-bank Trader, executing deals on the major exchanges in both Canada and the United States. I’ve also worked as a trusted Wealth Management Consultant to some of the top Financial Advisors across Canada. Additionally, I’ve been involved with the Bitcoin space since 2014. My legal practice areas include: the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, FinCen Compliance, and traditional Securities Law. I strive to provide my clients with high-level professional services and solutions they can trust. My education includes a Juris Doctor ("JD") from the Florida Coastal School of Law where I graduated in 2017 and was sworn into the Florida Bar in the fall of 2017. I also graduated with my Masters of Business Administration ("MBA") from the Wilfrid Laurier School of Business and Economics in 2010. I obtained my Series 7, Series 66, and Canadian Securities Course in 2006. Lastly, in 2005 I graduated with my undergraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Western Ontario.
