Adrian Lim

Adrian’s field of expertise ranges from digital production and strategy to business, product innovation and technology and marketing. An entrepreneur at heart, he has been passionately making his mark in the digital industry from a young age. With 19 years of experience, Adrian has founded, led and managed various agencies across an array of specialities such as digital content, software development, multimedia production and digital/traditional advertising. As a software programming and technology enthusiast, he always knew that his calling was in the digital world. During his time in the digital industry, Adrian has had a remarkable success rate as an entrepreneur and has consistently displayed a high level of determination in each venture he undertakes. From launching a digital content and technology company which was awarded the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific, to founding and managing BPC Solutions Sdn Bhd, an award-winning full-service digital agency, Adrian has always challenged himself to achieve and excel. In June 2013, BPC merged with VLT, creating one of Malaysia's largest independent digital agencies. VLT bridges the strategy-to-execution gap with a core of over 75 strategists, designers and technologists, in one of the country’s largest digital services teams. VLT’s investments and business interests also include startup acceleration, venture capital, infrastructure, education and enabling communities. In December 2013 VLT was recognised by Campaign Asia as both the best independent and best specialist agency in Southeast Asia. As part of the VLT shareholders and management team, he is currently the CEO at VLT Kuala Lumpur. Adrian has been instrumental in growing VLT’s portfolio of brands, winning accounts, growing new markets and leading the team. Adrian also overseas the startups incubated by the company and building and investing into his personal startups. Currently responsible for expansion into the emerging markets in Asia .
