Gives is the first cryptocurrency of its kind basing its core structure on giving back to those in need all across world. Our dedicated team members will continually strive to help communities by donating GIVES to charity organizations, homeless and domestic violence shelters, as well as youth programs and so on. GIVES have a long-standing agreement to their community, charities sponsored, same as about the team members to uphold and represent them accordingly. We will continue to support those in need as well as maintain a humble focus along the way. 

GIVES Roots will be established by active members and stake holders of the GIVES Community. GIVES  Roots is a virtual company comprised of GIVES largest Stake Holders (investors and developers), organized for the continued development, marketing and stewardship of the GIVES digital currency and network. 

A “Stake Holder” is defined as someone that has a significant investment in GIVES (0.05% or more of current monetary supply). All qualified Stake Holders are invited to have a key role in shaping the development, market, and stewardship of the GIVES currency and network. GIVES Core operates much like a traditional company, with a board of directors, who also act in an executive capacity, managing core GIVES development and network infrastructure. 

Stake Holders accepted into GIVES Roots will have a voice in the direction of GIVES, and be able to take an active role in its development and stewardship. The organization of GIVES Roots is based on a consensus and ownership model. Large Stake Holders who have invested more in GIVES and remain actively involved, have a bigger voice in its management and stewardship. GIVES Roots maintains the privacy of its members for those wishing to remain anonymous and to maintain core security.
