The agenda is structured around two core blocks. The morning track — Strategic Foundations & Policy — covers Vietnam's digital asset legalization, stablecoin payment rails for cross-border settlement, and RWA tokenization pipelines spanning tokenized treasuries, carbon credits, and fractionalized real estate. The afternoon shifts to Technical BUIDLing & Demo Pitches, featuring three showcase batches: onchain financial infrastructure, consumer apps for emerging markets, and AI-native sovereign tech — capped by a closing keynote on Vietnam's path toward 2030 integrating AI, RWAs, and sovereign digital rails.
