Our focus We are chain-agnostic and are flexible in participants’ maturity. Normally, Accelerator Program participants are between the Seed and Series A stages, with a proven business model and working product, who are planning to expand their marketing to scale up, grow their client base and increase brand value. Size We normally invest between $500,000 and $5 million of gross media value per deal with a campaign duration ranging from one to three years. However, we treat selected projects as exceptional and are ready to discuss them on an individual basis. Terms Deal terms and vesting conditions are normally aligned with other investors. We work with token, equity and hybrid fundraising structures. We do not normally directly invest funds, however we always introduce program participants to the network of investors. Global presence and ambition We have a worldwide reach and 11 language versions of our products that will allow your brand and projects to grow globally. Our international team of over 150+ people have been providing long term value to native crypto, web3 and metaverse projects since the inception of the industry. Participation criteria We are looking for projects with a working product or MVP, committed angel/VC investment, sustainable token utility, and thoroughly prepared project documentation.
