Blockchained India is a premier volunteer-driven blockchain community in India, founded in 2017 with the goal of promoting blockchain technology and decentralization across the country. Since its inception, the community has grown rapidly to include over 70,000 members, comprising developers, entrepreneurs, investors, students, and blockchain enthusiasts. It serves as a vital platform where members connect, collaborate, and innovate to advance blockchain adoption in India.
The community has successfully organized more than 200 meetups and 17 major conferences, creating spaces for knowledge sharing and networking. These events cover a wide range of topics, including blockchain development, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and Web3 technologies. Through hands-on workshops and training sessions, Blockchained India has trained over 3,500 developers, helping to build skilled talent in the blockchain ecosystem.
Blockchained India also supports over 500 startups, providing them with mentorship, resources, and exposure to potential investors and partners. This support ecosystem helps new projects grow and scale in the competitive blockchain space. The community’s “Back the Buidlers” initiative connects builders, investors, and users, fostering collaboration to accelerate project development and adoption.
Another key program is the “CrossBlock Alliance,” which promotes cross-chain interoperability—encouraging different blockchain networks to work together seamlessly. This initiative reflects Blockchained India’s commitment to driving innovation and inclusivity within the blockchain industry.
