CEX sphere is a very competitive space with strong teams, well-established technologies and new trading pairs on monthly basis. Spotcoin will need to compete with Binance, Coinbase, Bitfinex, etc.
At the same time, some CEXs (like Bitfinex or itBit) are already integrated OTC trading into their platforms. So Spotcoin will need to compete with their well-developed infrastructure and giant user base.
In cloud mining aspect Spotcoin will need to compete with Genesis Mining, IQ Mining, ViaBTC, GMO Group, etc. These companies invested tens of millions of dollars to facilitate their services. And Spotcoin (even if hardcap will be reached) won't take a big share of the market.

The team aims to develop a platform that will provide access to cryptocurrency exchange, cloud mining, OTC trading, and payment system in one place (Spotcore).
Mining facility is establishing to bring to the cryptocurrency exchange liquidity. For mining will be used only GPU miners. Georgia is good jurisdiction for mining because of its climate and cheap electricity.
SPOT token will be used to weekly entitle (in GAS) its holder with 51% dividends from CEX fees. Also, token holders are entitled to an additional quarterly dividend of 12% of the net profits derived from Spotcoin’s mining, OTC, and Spotpay payments businesses.
